Florence, Italy. Unfortunately, this was shot right around mid-day and the sun was shining almost straight down. I pulled out my circular polarizer to eliminate the reflections, which somewhat improved the overall contrast and made the greens really pop. This image was made with only minor adjustments in Adobe Camera Raw [ACR]. I tried to add a little more blue to the sky, added a little vibrance, a medium contrast curve, and some sharpening–1/40 hand held made the focus a little soft. I think I could do more with the sky in Photoshop, but I like this for now.

Update: After viewing the uploaded post, the greens look dingy. Not sure what happened, when I view the file on the same monitor in Adobe Bridge, it looks really nice… Hmmm, what to do, what to do?
